Terms and conditions

1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of the goods by you (the Customer).

2. By ordering any Goods from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.


Interpretation

1. Customer means an individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession

2. Supplier means The Friends of Israel Gospel Ministry (UK)

3. Contract means the legally-binding agreement between you and us for the supply of the Goods

4. Delivery Location means the premises or other location where Goods are to be supplied, as set out in the Order

5. Goods means goods as advertised on the Website that we supply to you of the number and description as set out in the Order

6. Order means the Customer’s order for the Goods from the Supplier as submitted

7. Privacy Policy means the terms which set out how we will deal with confidential and personal information received from you via the Website;

8. Website means www.friendsofisrael.uk on which the Goods are advertised.


Goods

1. The description of Goods is as set out in the Website, catalogues, brochures or other

form of advertisement.

2. Any description is for illustrative purposes only.

3. All Goods listed on the Website are subject to availability.


Personal information

1. We retain and use all information strictly in accordance with out Privacy Policy.

2. By placing an order, you agree that we may contact you using e-mail, other electronic communication methods, by post or by telephone.


Basis of Sale

1. The description of the Goods in our website does not constitute a contractual offer to sell the Goods

2. It is your responsibility to check that you have used the ordering process correctly

3. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the Order placed by you.


Price and Payment

1. The price of the Goods is that set out on the Website at the date of the Order or such other price as we may agree in writing.

2. Prices and charges include VAT at the rate applicable at the time of the Order.

3. Delivery charges are not included on the website

4. Payment is due no later than 30 days from receipt of goods.


Delivery

1. We will deliver the Goods, to the Delivery Location stated on your purchase order.

2. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, we will use Royal Mail 2 nd class post at the applicable published rate for the weight/size of your order

3. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, delivery can only be made to addresses in England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and Channel Islands.

a. If an Order is accepted for delivery outside that area, the Customer will be responsible for payment of additional shipping plus import duties or other taxes.

4. We do not accept back-orders for goods that are out of stock.


Risk and Title

1. Risk of damage to, or loss of, any Goods will pass to you when the Goods are delivered to you.

2. You do not own the Goods until we have received payment in full.


Withdrawal and cancellation

Right to cancel

1. The Customer may cancel the Order by informing us before goods are shipped.

Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment of goods.


Reimbursement

1. Reimbursement can only be made for non-delivery or damaged goods.

2. Notification of a claim for reimbursement must be made within 7 days of receipt of order, or within 14 days in case of non-receipt.

3. Reimbursement for goods no longer wanted can only be made after the goods have been returned in good condition.

4. Any reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment the Customer used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer expressly agrees otherwise.


Returning Goods

1. Goods can only be returned by express agreement with the Supplier

2. Returned goods must be received in re-saleable condition and without damage

3. Returned goods must be suitable packed so as to prevent damage in transit

a. Return shipping costs must be paid by the Customer and proof of postage obtained

b. Credit Card Reimbursement for goods no longer wanted will be made minus the credit card handling charge.

c. Credit Card Reimbursement for non-delivery or damaged goods, will be made in full without deduction.


Conformity

1. We have a legal duty to supply the Goods in conformity with the Contract, and will not have conformed if it does not meet the following obligation.

2. Upon delivery, the Goods will:

a. Be of satisfactory quality

b. Match the description given on www.friendsofisrael.uk webshop.

Privacy

1. Your privacy is critical to us. We respect your privacy and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation with regard to your personal information.

Governing law, jurisdiction and complaints

1. The Contract (including any non-contractual matters) is governed by the law of England and Wales.

2. If a complaint cannot be satisfactorily resolved Disputes can be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales or, where the Customer resides in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland.
